Description of activities:
-Drawing up, adjusting and executing of the annual sales plan based on the forecast, historical figures and the trend;
-Drawing up and monitoring the budget with regard to advertisements, exhibitions and marketing costs;
-Keeping up with market developments;
-Directing a continuous improvement policy with regard to quality and effectiveness;
-Implementing decisions into operational activities;
-Analysing marketing data.
-Maintaining and expanding the relation network and performing acquisition activities;
-Keeping price negotiations with the parent company;
-Taking care that complaints are handled and, should this be the case, handing over the complaint to the correct department;
-Carrying through a possible action plan resulting from a market analysis.
Is responsible for the maintenance and distribution of instructions and the establishing and implementing of new work instructions. Is responsible for the procedure on how implementation is given to the annual determined sales- and marketing policy. Selecting and evaluating personnel for the Engines Sales Department on cooperation with Personnel Affairs.
Maintaining internal and external contacts with all relevant authorities.
-Drawing up and monitoring the departments’ budget.
-A correct execution of the tasks of the employees within the Engine Sales Department.
-Responsible for the compliance to the ARBO- and environmental policy and legislation within the Engine Sales Section.
Responsible for an optimum relationship with the OEM’s and the distributors within the Engine Sales Section.
-(inter)national OEM’s, dealers/distributors and customers;
-General manager on the business within the department and the future developments;
-Colleagues of all departments of the Engine Division.
Manages 5 employees of the Engine Sales Department, working as Senior Sales Engineer, International Sales Engineer and Secretary Marketing & Sales.
-Motivating and coaching;
-Supervising the continuity, quality and execution of the activities;
-Keeping performance and assessment interviews;
-working with a keyboard of a PC.
Skill requirements in foreign languages:
The English and German languages are required at the:
-Visits of OEM’s, distributors/dealers and customers;
A lot of experinces and work in international well-known company.
