In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Being a part of a team responsible for high growth business that will help improve the lives of people in Baltic countries, while supporting Philips digital transformation journey as a global leader in Health Technology.
You are responsible for:
Running Social Media accounts, setting and approving the content with agencies
Being a main contact for PR, mainly Net-PR, with support of agencies as well as being contact with media for PR activities
Working for specific digital KPI setting & fulfilling prior during and after campaigns
Executing local marketing activation plans translation into action, keeping deadlines, informing both Philips sales and marketing team and key customers.
Preparing ATL, BTL and PR materials
Preparing advertising and promotions campaigns
Preparing marketing analysis and recommending fact based corrective actions based on analysis, checks, information from sales team.
Cooperating closely with the sales team
Participating in shop-floor trainings
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have following skills and experience:
Bachelor degree, preferably in field related to marketing
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in net PR field
Deep knowledge of social media and digital marketing
Thorough understanding of marketing elements
Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
Exceptional communication and analytical thinking skills
Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
Mature enough to solve the problems independently and to persuade others; mature personality (emotional intelligence), can work under stress.
Business acumen and active approach to market opportunities
Language skills: Latvian (native); English (very good); Russian (good)
