Join us as a Marketing Manager for McDonald’s Baltic's if you are passionate about:

• Developing and executing strategic plans for assigned marketing activities.

• Position in based in Riga office.

Your responsibility will be:

• Development and execution of Marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Development of strategic marketing briefs for external agencies.
• Creating tactical marketing promotions from conception to completion.
• Supporting the menu development process and pricing strategy.
• Effective and efficient spend of marketing funds.
• Monitoring and analyzing campaigns.
• Support of all marketing activity deployment for Baltic markets.

Prasības kandidātiem

Requirements:

• Qualified marketing professional with 2-3 years of experience.
• Degree in marketing, communications, business management or a related field.
• Experience in media planning (ATL, BTL) and the creative process.
• Experience in managing the campaign process from brief, through design directions.
• Strong project management skills.
• Analytical competence, attention to details, strong commercial awareness and financial acumen are critical to the role.
• Fluency in Latvian or Lithuanian and English.
