Marketing/Product Manager
Job description
Development and implementation of marketing strategies for Bionorica medical products to achieve planned sales targets, market share and profit.
• Collect and analyse relevant market information to build annual strategic marketing plans,
• Plan & design training and promotional material,
• Train medical representatives on product knowledge, competitors profile, product strategies and detailing,
• Work closely with medical team to target key doctors and hospitals, as well as strongly cooperate, support team and growth of sales,
• Closely monitor medical team’s activities to ensure that all of them will be conducted and follow the company policy,
• Organize medical meetings e.g. symposiums, product presentations, booth exhibitions, doctor presentation programs and any activities to promote the products and make them well-known,
• Be engaged in KOL management and strengthen relationship, support and cooperation within department and among other departments.

Requirements
Formal requirements
• Education: Diploma with medical or pharmaceutical degree. Education in Business and Marketing – additional advantage,
• Work experience as a Product Manager in international pharmaceutical company for more than 2 years,
• Strong Latvian, English and Russian skills (spoken and written),
• Advanced user of MS Office.
Technical skills
Strong leadership skills, ability to work purposefully, focused on international activities, outstanding organizational skills
