Master Data Specialist

Tietoevry invites to join our Data maintenance unit. We ensure the input of basic data (employees, customers, suppliers, etc.) into internal systems. With us you will be responsible for:

• Work with the received master data update requests, validate content and quality, and resolve any potential issues.
• Process assigned requests according to internal SLAs (service level agreements).
• Provide proactive customer support when needed.
• Conduct regular master data quality checks.

We expect you have:

• Good English language (written and spoken).
• Previous work experience is not required, work in customer service or data entry will be considered as advantage.

• Good communication skills and accurate.
• Problem solving attitude.
• Ability to work in a team.

*Monthly salary offer will be defined based up on the candidate’s professional competence compliance with job demands.
