Maternity Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maternity Nurse to join our client’s family. The successful candidate will provide exceptional care for newborn, focusing on childcare, early childhood development, and establishing healthy routines.

• Rotation every 4-6 weeks between France.
• This is a full-time position.
• Provide comprehensive care and support for the newborn, ensuring all physical, emotional, and developmental needs are met.
• Regularly change diapers to maintain hygiene and comfort for the baby.
• Establish and maintain a healthy sleeping routine, ensuring the baby gets adequate rest and sleep.
• Develop and follow a structured feeding schedule, including breastfeeding support or bottle feeding, and preparing and sterilising feeding equipment.
• Monitor the baby's health, noting any changes or concerns, and reporting them to the parents or healthcare providers.
• Provide guidance and support to parents on baby care, routines, and developmental milestones.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the baby, ensuring all baby equipment and living areas are sanitised and organised.
• Engage the baby in age-appropriate activities to promote sensory and cognitive development.

• Certified Maternity Nurse or equivalent qualifications in nursing or early childhood care.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a maternity nurse or in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of newborn care, including feeding, sleeping, and hygiene practices.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development.
• Compassionate, patient, and nurturing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a family team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.

• Salary (net): €120-€180 per day (discussed individually).
• Rota month after month. Full time – Permanent position.
• The nanny sleeps in the same room as the baby.

Additional Information:

• Family consists of 2 adults and 1 children.
• Other staff in the family includes additional nannies, housekeepers.
