MediLink is currently expanding its business to the Baltic States through the medical device, Hydrozid is a cryotherapy/cryosurgery medical device, intended for healthcare professionals only, CE-marked and approved for a wide range of skin conditions. Main responsibilities • Represent the company’s medical device. • Support revenue goals by achieving the sales- and profit forecasts, maintaining an effective customer relation, and assuring market penetration and continuously profitability. • Establish strong business relationships with current and future customers base. • Ensure highest professional relationship with the customer base to achieve customer loyalty and handle issues if necessary, to solve critical tasks in the fastest way possible. • Influence preparation and provide technical assistance, consultation and problem solving to customers as necessary. • Organize and participate in marketing activities, such as seminars, workshops or demos as needed. • Maintain contacts, receive orders, prepare and disseminate customers surveys, and monitor the dermatology market with special attention to cryosurgery/cryotherapy. • Internal collaboration with Marketing-, Sales-, Regulatory- and Logistics departments. • Timely execute self-assessment and self-evaluation. • Weekly skype meetings with the supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business or life sciences). • Experience in sales: minimum 5 years (preferably from food and cosmetics industries). • Driver’s license and preferably a personal car. • Advanced MS office knowledge. • Fluency in Russian and English and at least one of the Baltic languages. • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and teamwork spirit. You are: • Open-minded with a strong drive to perform individually as well as part of a team. • Systemic and organized. • Ready to seize the initiative and aim for continuously improvement in your own and your team’s work. • Result oriented. • Able to work remotely and independently.
