Mid-lever or Senior UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our development team and product managers to create and implement innovative UI/UX designs to enhance user satisfaction.
• Develop user personas and journeys to understand and address user needs and pain points.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
• Collaborate with our product management and development teams to define and implement design solutions for our software products.
• Translate complex product requirements into intuitive and functional user interfaces.

• A minimum of 5 years experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in software development.
• Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, Axure, InVision, Figma, Adobe XD, Framer, etc.
• Understanding of basic front-end technologies.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders.
• A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential.
