Norwegian or Swedish Speaking IT Customer Support Specialist in 24/7

Tietoevry invites you to join our IT Service Desk department with the biggest Scandinavian speaking customer service team in Latvia – more than 100 amazing colleagues, and we are actively looking for new colleagues to grow our team. Our Service Desk was established in 2013 in Riga to provide IT services for corporate customers in public sector, utilities, retail, and logistics in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish.

With us you will be responsible for: :

• Provide first line support to customers in Nordics and worldwide via phone, ticketing systems and other tools.
• Ensure high level customer satisfaction and interact daily with colleagues, clients, IT technicians.
• Troubleshoot problems and offer solutions by using internal knowledge base.
• Ensure delivery of expected SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and other performance metrics according to set quality standard.
• Continuously maintain and develop one’s work-related knowledge.

We expect you have:

• Fluent Norwegian or Swedish language, as well as  English language.
• Solid computer skills and strong interest in IT field (Service specific training and general knowledge is provided by the department).

As a person:

• Able to maintain focus for prolonged period of time during night and work individually.
• Fast learner who adapts easily and enjoys dynamic working environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and passion for customer service.
• Eager to take initiative and ‘’can do’’ attitude.

*Monthly salary offer will be defined based up on the candidate’s professional competence compliance with job demands.
