Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for someone who is passionate about people and would like to join our global family as:

Type of Employment: Permanent

Location: Riga, Latvia

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA

YOU COULD BE THE ONE WHO:

• Takes care of our customers via phone and email;
• Is responsible for card support and account administration;
• Manages new orders and registrations;
• Advises our customers regarding station campaigns and products;
• Provides outbound service and follow-up calls to customers.

• Loves to communicate with people and find the best solution for them;
• Is fluent in Norwegian and English(both verbal and written, at least B2/C1 level) to communicate with customers and colleagues;
• Likes to work in fast-paced environment and with various systems;
• Is eager to learn new things and develop their skills;
