A Customer Incident Manager is accountable for an incident management process being in place for a customer, understood and followed by all involved parties. A Customer Incident Manager follows and promotes standard Tietoevry´s incident management process and best practices. With us you will be responsible for:

  • Drive the efficiency and effectiveness of incident management process and secure low incident backlog for customers.
  • Act on escalations raised by customer, internal teams regarding customer incidents and helps to drive fast resolutions.
  • Create and improve processes to reduce breaches and do follow-ups, escalate issues.
  • Ensuring Incident Management KPIs are met and corrective actions taken in case of failure.
  • Secure regular, effective communication towards customers, delivery teams and other stakeholders.
  • Provide customer monthly service overview, reports and management information.

Prasības kandidātiem

We expect you have:

  • Fluent Norwegian language skills and English (written and spoken).
  • Relevant work experience  or understanding of incident management practices/ project management.
  • Knowledge of ITIL frame and General IT knowledge  (troubleshooting, knowledge of basic IT concepts – server, client  operations, network) will be consider as advantage.

  • Fast learner who adapts easily and strong coordination and cooperation skills.
  • Eager to take initiative, drive improvements and ability to work independently.
