Job Description
To improve our customer satisfaction we are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative with Norwegian language skills. The person with excellent communication, listening and computer skills.
• Consults TRODO customers via phone, email, and live online chat, providing timely support for any issues using TRODO
• Communicate with customers regarding in-store issues and escalate as necessary
• Work closely with the colleagues on order and process flow issues
• Collaborate with shipping vendors on any customer shipping issues, including filing claims for lost packages, and initiating returns for incorrect orders
• Review all customer ratings on social networks, feedback sites and do a public answer if needed

• Fluent Norwegian language skills
• Good English language skills
• Excellent telephone manner (communication, listening and social skills)
• Positive attitude
• Basic knowledge about the construction of car will be considered as an advantage
