Norwegian Speaking Delivery Coordinator

Delivery Coordinators contribute to modernizing and transforming our customer infra services through project delivery and small assignments. Our purpose is to create great everyday experience for our customers and making them more competitive by delivering high quality and efficient project deliveries. Our team gives the possibility to work with international, business critical solutions and with various customer who are leaders in their own field.

With us you will be responsible for:

• Planning, executing and coordinating our customer infra service deliveries.
• Maintain close contact with the customers including expectation clarification, reporting on the progress and deviations according to established plans.
• Responsible for establishment of delivery plans and risk evaluations.
• Coordinating activities such as secure hand-over to operations,  resource allocations, financial follow-up and input to invoicing.
• Notify on improvements areas and responsible for maintaining own knowledge.

We expect you have:

• Fluent Norwegian language skills and English (written and spoken).
• Relevant work experience or project management experience will be considered as advantage.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, Cloud platforms and End User Services will be considered as advantage.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and passion for customer service.
• Fast learner who adapts easily and enjoys coordinating projects, resources, etc.
• Eager to take initiative and ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
