Norwegian Speaking IT Customer Support Specialist

TietoEVRY invites to join our IT Service Desk department with the biggest Scandinavian speaking customer service team in Latvia – more than 100 amazing colleagues, and we are actively looking for new colleagues to grow our team. Our Service Desk was established in 2013 in Riga to provide IT services for corporate customers in public sector, utilities, retail and logistics in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish. We provide IT training for employees to be able to ensure IT support to our customers and develop further within IT field. We offer working experience on an international level in a leading global IT company with possibilty to work from home within Latvian border!

As part of your job you will be responsible for:

• Ensure high level customer satisfaction and interact daily with colleagues, clients, IT technicians.
• Provide first line support to customers in Nordics and worldwide via phone, ticketing systems and other tools.
• Troubleshoot problems and offer solutions by using internal knowledge base.
• Continuously maintain and develop one’s work-related knowledge.
• Improve, update the overall team knowledge database and work with ticket backlog.

Expected requirements:

• Fluent Norwegian language, as well as English.
• Solid computer skills and interest in IT field ( Additional IT training and knowledge is provided by the company ​).
• Fast learner who adapts easily and enjoys dynamic working environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and passion for customer service.
• Eager to take initiative and ‘’can do’’ attitude.
• Accountable personality with ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
