Norwegian Speaking IT Specialist

Our tasks range from 1st line support to help clients with their daily requests to ensuring stable electronical data interchange to implementation of customers and new solutions for corporate customers in public, bank and business sectors. We provide IT training for employees to be able to ensure IT support to our customers and develop further within IT field. We offer working experience on an international level in a leading global IT company with possibility to work from home within Latvian border!

As part of your job you will be responsible for:

• Work with customer incidents, requests and inform customers about events and changes.
• Identify and nominate problem cases.
• Coordinate customer incidents to ensure solution within agreed SLAs.
• Assist 2nd and 3rd line and participate in root cause problem solving.
• Monitor systems and keep related documentation up to date.
• Communicate directly with customers, service managers and IT technicians.

We expect you have:

• Fluent Norwegian language, as well as  English.
• Are a service minded person with excellent cooperation and customer service skills.
• Have relevant work experience, solid  computer skills and interest in IT field (Service specific training and general knowledge is provided by the department).

• Are detail oriented and are willing to learn new skills.
• Can work independently and within the team.
• Eager to take initiative and ability to prioritize tasks.
