Norwegian Speaking Service Delivery Manager

Service Delivery Manager main responsibility is to assist Service Manager located in Norway with administration of service-level agreements (SLAs), including monitoring the fulfilment of SLAs by providing statistical reports and making recommendations regarding the data quality and capacity. With us you will be responsible for

• Assist Service Managers with administration of IT Service Desk customer agreements (SLAs) and  interact daily with colleagues, clients, IT technicians
• Ensure high level customer satisfaction and participate in customer meetings, form productive relationships with customers
• Ensue timely service delivery, take part in projects to improve customer expectations and escalate incidents/ requests if needed
• Update invoices for customers and follow up on actual consumption, lost revenue and create reports on the SLAs, KPIs, incident statistics
• Continuously maintain and develop one’s work-related knowledge

We expect you have

• Fluent Norwegian language skills, as well as English
• Strong computer skills: Proficient user of MS Excel, MS Teams, MS Word
• Knowledge of ITIL frame and experience within Service Desk is an advantage
