Norwegian Speaking Service Manager Assistant - Data platforms

Tietoevry invites to join our Data Platforms team as Service Manager Assistant. Our tasks range from 1st line support to help clients with their daily requests to ensure stable electronical data interchange to implementation of customers and new solutions for corporate customers in public, bank and business sectors. Service Manager Assistant responsibility will be to assist Delivery team with daily deliveries by preparing orders for implementation. We promise you a great and positive working environment.

With us you will be responsible for:

• Assist Service Managers with administration of Data Platforms customer agreements (SLAs).
• Create SLA reports for customers.
• Create and update invoices for customers and follow up on actual consumption.
• Develop long and short-term customer relationships and achieve an increase in net-sales.
• Ensure high level customer satisfaction, coordinate customer implementing phase to match terms of agreement and interact daily with colleagues and clients.
• Good understanding of customer operations, needs and preferences; take part of improvement projects for customers and processes.
• Continuously maintain and develop one’s work-related knowledge.

We expect you have:

• Fluent Norwegian language, as well as English.
• Strong computer skills: Proficient user of MS Office.
• Relevant work experience will be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent communication, cooperation, problem-solving and decision making skills.
• Result - oriented mindset accepting the accountability for own work.

*Monthly salary offer will be defined based up on the candidate’s professional competence compliance with job demands.
