Norwegian Team Leader for NETS company

As a Team Leader, your responsibility will include achieving employee, client, and shareholder satisfaction through effective people leadership. The tasks also include leading operations, quality assurance, coaching, reporting, and following up on measurable production results. You will report directly to your Business Manager.

In this role you will:

• Be responsible for managing product knowledge, profitability, quality, and effectiveness for the team.
• Focus on effectively leading and managing a team of customer service representatives.
• Meet company objectives in all areas of employee, client, and shareholder satisfaction.
• Develop the competencies of the CSRs and ensure that behaviors are in alignment with the company's goals.

• Knowledge of the Norwegian language (at least B2 level).
• Knowledge of the Latvian or Russian language can be considered an advantage.
