As our Office Administrator, you'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our office and support employee experience across the organization. You'll be responsible for coordinating office operations, providing administrative support, and helping organize internal events and activities, ensuring an efficient and positive work environment for our team. Working closely with the People team and employees across the company, you'll contribute to creating an engaging workplace experience that supports our mission.

Please note that this is office based role only.

You will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and external partners, providing support and answering day-to-day queries;
  • Handle and organize incoming and outgoing documents and correspondence;
  • Support office operations, including ordering supplies and ensuring the office is fully stocked with stationery, snacks, beverages, and other essentials;
  • Assist with organizing company events, team-building activities, celebrations, and employee gatherings;
  • Support administrative processes through data entry, record maintenance, and ad hoc coordination tasks;
  • Assist the People team with employee onboarding and offboarding activities;
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and other administrative support when needed.

Requirements

  • Graduate or final-year student in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Some prior experience in administration, customer service, office support, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive, positive, and service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced international environment
  • Fluency in both English and Latvian
  • Eagerness to learn, develop new skills, and grow professionally
  • Ability to work from the office at Skanstes 52 - 5 days per week

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting employee events, workplace operations, or office management activities
  • Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Interest in people operations, employee experience, or workplace culture
  • Previous internship or work experience in an international company environment
