Job Description

"Akropole Rīga" is looking for a full-time Office Administrator. Job responsibilities:
  • Administrative support – coordinate the information flow and correspondence, documentation management (in Latvian, English and Russian).
  • Reception duties – manage incoming/out-coming calls, e-mails, and other correspondence, receive visitors, coordinate meetings and events.
  • Office support – oversee smooth running of the office.
  • Management support – assist managers in relevant tasks.
  • Other administrative and organizational tasks.
  • Requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written skills in Latvian, Russian and English.
  • Excellent communication and social skills, positive attitude, accuracy and sense of responsibility.
  • Computer literacy and experience with office equipment.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and willingness to learn.
