Job Description

Main duties include:

  • Arranging accommodations and travels.
  • Preparation and filing of documents.
  • Taking calls.
  • Dealing with daily post.
  • Diary management.
  • Office management and stationary.
  • General office administration.
  • Word/excel processing.
  • Preparation annual of events.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in admin position.
  • Strong ability to multi-task is vital.
  • Strong IT skills and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and oral communication is essential.
  • Friendly telephone manner.
  • Highly organised.
  • Flexible and willing attitude.
  • Fluent in English and Russian.
  • Other European languages are very beneficial (German, Spanish, French).
