Job Description

- Coordination of office work: guest reception and meetings coordination, business correspondence, coordinates the work of phone center, travel management, events management, internal and external exchange of information.
- Assistance of management team: reports, analysis etc.


Requirements

  • If you speak fluent Latvian and English, a good level of Russian;
  • If you have at least secondary education;
  • If you have very good knowledge in various computer programs, Exchange, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint presentation program;
  • If you have previous experience in the field of assistance;
  • If you have very good communication skills; positive thinking;
  • If you're hardworking, active and ambitious;
  • If you're independent and you have very good time planning skills;
