Become the host of an exclusive entertainment venue and join a team of entertainment professionals at Riga PLAZA! 

 What will your day look like? 

• Every day you will organise, control and ensure the smooth running of the sports bar.
• You will take care of the smooth running of the team in the department, including building the team itself, participating in the selection and recruitment process.
• You will prepare and present various performance reports for the unit.
• Exercise financial and economic control over the accounting process of the unit.
• You will organise corporate events and parties, providing the most memorable experience for our guests.

• You have more than a year of team management experience in the restaurant business.
• You know the principles of great service and can pass on your knowledge.
• Leadership, one of your strongest competences.
• You have developed a strong orientation towards achieving goals and know how to motivate your team to achieve them.
• You can be described as a proactive, positive and active person who likes to be around people.
• You have excellent computer skills.
• You speak, write and read English and Latvian well.
• Have experience with POS system ( you may succeed without it, but this experience is an advantage for us).
