Operations & Execution Manager

• Establish proper execution (coordination and inspection) work in the area for Agri, Minerals.
• Active participation in the organization of work and recruiting in places where necessary.
• Operational audits of inspectors in the area.
• Involvement in work on procedures and techniques (where necessary).
• Keeping coordination of port and inland inspections.
• Development of new projects, new directions.
• Participation in business development in Agri, Minerals.
• For ad hoc orders, negotiate sub-contractors costs, maintaining profitability at the levels set for the Division and Branch.
• Direct operations to maintain excellence in service delivery quality, optimal risk management, and competitive costs.
• Recruit, manage, motivate, and develop staff for key positions required for operation.
• Other administrative tasks.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in relevant international commodities inspection services OR commodities trading OR logistic companies in an operational role. • Deep understanding of Export trade and logistic process. • Higher education. • Good English. • Very good knowledge of inspection/commodities trading/logistics business. • Capability to manage tasks/processes in accordance with clients’ needs. • Driving Licence. • Ability to travel. Personal core competencies • Hard working. • Ability and willingness to learn fast. • Good written and verbal communication. • Proactive. • Planning & Organization of work at different terminals / sites of inspection. • Team Leader Previous experience in survey business as a PLUS.
