Job Description
The job in question will involve:
- management and monitoring of the shipments / assignments being organised by the company
- intense communication / liaison with clients and sub-contractors
- filing of the information / documents in line with company procedures
- reporting to company Director in various forms and at different time intervals as may be required / agreed
- ensuring coherent flow of information between the entities involved in supply chains

Requirements
The minimal requirements for the role are:
- at least 3 years of commercial and operational experience at a logistics / freight forwarding company (preferably of international blend)
- solid understanding of air* / sea / land (Sea & Land as an absolute minimum) shipments and mechanisms of operating such shipments
- fluent in English (especially written) / Latvian / Russian
- very strong communication skills
- solid knowledge of shipping and international trade terms and abbreviations
