Order processing specialist

• Customer orders processing in Miele systems
• Customer data registration and processing in Miele systems
• Processing of delivery and service documents
• Preparation of invoices, credit notes in the system and sending out to clients
• Communication with the clients regarding deliveries and payments
• Planning and coordination of orders and deliveries of goods and spare parts
• Products and spare parts stock accounting and control
• Regular exchange of information with the company's sales and marketing departments on the availability of goods
• Analysis of delivery KPIs (quality and timeliness)
• Performing regular stock inventories and preparing relevant documentation 
• Collaboration with accounting provider
• Support to Marketing department
• Preparation of regular and on spot reports

• Minimum 3 years’ experience of Order Processing/Fulfillment Activity
• Acquired higher education
• Advanced user of Excel, knowledge of Navision and/or SAP would be considered an advantage
• Able to interact with colleagues at all levels
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Latvian and English, conversational Russian
