Paid Media Specialist

• Building, launching, managing and optimizing campaigns across your assigned hotels, owning performance, budget pacing and allocation within agreed targets
• Analysing performance and identifying opportunities to improve revenue, ROAS and direct-booking contribution, working closely with Revenue Management and hotel teams
• Developing search, metasearch, OTA and paid-social activity according to the needs of each property, reflecting demand, seasonality and local market opportunities
• Auditing and improving existing account and campaign structures
• Running structured A/B tests and paid-media experiments, and identifying new platforms, campaign formats, audiences and automation opportunities worth testing
• Supporting the paid-media launch of new hotels entering your portfolio
• Monitoring rate parity and escalating material issues according to the Group SOP
• Producing monthly performance reporting with clear analysis of what changed, why it changed and what should happen next

• 2+ years of hands-on paid media experience
• Strong practical Google Ads knowledge and hands-on Meta Ads experience
• Ability to independently manage multiple advertising accounts and budgets, and take ownership of your own tasks
• Working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Confidence with Excel or Google Sheets, including pivots and lookups
• Experience analysing campaign performance and translating it into concrete actions
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several properties/accounts without losing operational control
• Working proficiency in Latvian or English

• Gross salary from EUR 2200 to EUR 2800, depending on your professional experience
• Schedule: Full-time, 08:30-17:00

Direct bookings generate a meaningful share of our direct business, and we are expanding our in-house Paid Media team. We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to take ownership of paid media for roughly half of our portfolio.
