Partner RFI Specialist - Relocation Support

Job Description

Wise has already pioneered new ways for people to transfer money across borders and currencies. Our customers can also manage their hard-earned money with the world’s first platform to offer true multi-currency banking. 

Your mission is to ensure a speedy and complete fulfilment of requests for information (RFIs) from our banking partners referring to past, current and future payments according to relevant partner agreements, regulations and Wise policies.

Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the Partner RFI team:

  • Respond to partner requests for information (RFIs) in a timely and clear manner in order to facilitate payment processing and/or partner due diligence.
  • Where the requested information is not immediately available at the time of the request, acquire the needed information through direct contact with the customer.
  • When information is not provided, impose and maintain appropriate account controls on customers.
  • Effectively work through the RFI case backlog maintaining speed, quality and consistency of case management.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and partners, where further clarification or details are required.
  • Utilise internal systems and programs to track and monitor customer communications and processes.
  • Review customer identification and other relevant documentation to ensure any documentation shared with a partner to fulfil a RFI request is legitimate and genuine.
  • Make risk-based approach decisions regarding customer profiles and payments.
  • Escalate any cases to the appropriate team when the agent becomes aware of suspicious activity as needed.
  • Work as a team-player to deliver a great customer experience, going the extra mile where needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to constantly find ways to improve or product, tooling and processes. 

Requirements

  • You’ve got very good verbal and written English skills, any other languages are a plus.
  • You’re good at multitasking and taking responsibility in challenging situations.
  • You pay attention to detail.
  • You have good analytical skills.
  • You’re able to handle routine.
  • You’re independent, proactive and willing to get things done.
  • Some previous work experience in a fast-paced environment and/or in the compliance sector will be a plus, but not a prerequisite for application. We’ll offer full onboarding and training required for this role.
