Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the Partner RFI team:

  • Respond to partner requests for information (RFIs) in a timely and clear manner in order to facilitate payment processing and/or partner due diligence.
  • Where the requested information is not immediately available at the time of the request, acquire the needed information through direct contact with the customer.
  • When information is not provided, impose and maintain appropriate account controls on customers.
  • Effectively work through the RFI case backlog maintaining speed, quality and consistency of case management.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and partners, where further clarification or details are required.
  • Utilise internal systems and programs to track and monitor customer communications and processes.
  • Review customer identification and other relevant documentation to ensure any documentation shared with a partner to fulfil a RFI request is legitimate and genuine.
  • Make risk-based approach decisions regarding customer profiles and payments.
  • Escalate any cases to the appropriate team when the agent becomes aware of suspicious activity as needed.
  • Work as a team-player to deliver a great customer experience, going the extra mile where needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to constantly find ways to improve or product, tooling and processes.

Requirements

  • You’ve got very good verbal and written English skills, any other languages are a plus.

  • You’re good at multitasking and taking responsibility in challenging situations.

  • You pay attention to detail.

  • You have good analytical skills.

  • You’re able to handle routine.

  • You’re independent, proactive and willing to get things done.

  • Some previous work experience in a fast-paced environment and/or in the compliance sector will be a plus, but not a prerequisite for application. We’ll offer full onboarding and training required for this role.

Company offers

  • Stock options in a profitable company.
  • Wellbeing support - You and your family have access to an Employee Assistance Program, where you’ll be able to speak to qualified counsellors for support on anything that matters to you.
  • 6 weeks of paid sabbatical after 4 years at Wise on top of annual leave.
  • National health insurance plan, with additional 3 health days per year, and sports allowance.
  • Volunteering day off.
  • Hybrid model of flexible working.

PS! If you’re interested in the position, please apply by submitting your CV and cover letter in English. In the cover letter, please answer the following questions

  • Which of your previous experiences would you consider as most beneficial for this role?
  • How do you prioritize, what methods/tools do you use? Please describe a real work-life situation, where proper prioritization, helped you to succeed.

Please note that applications without a cover letter won’t be considered.

We are taking applications for this role until 20th of December.

We’re people without borders — without judgement or prejudice, too. We want to work with the best people, no matter their background. So if you’re passionate about learning new things and keen to join our mission, you’ll fit right in.

Also, where and what you studied isn’t important to us. If you’ve got great experience, the right skills for the role and you’re great at articulating your thinking, we’d like to hear from you.
