Pattern developer

LINDSTRÖM – one of Europe's leading textile service companies with more than 170 years of experience in the textile industry, which offers working clothing, carpets, industrial towel rental solutions. Lindström PRODEM, a workwear manufacturing factory, located in Tukums currently is looking for pattern developer.

Key tasks:

• Creating / compiling patterns for products created from product Platforms and master patterns.
• Fulfil data in tech packs for products made from product platforms according to instructions.
• Guiding sample production in Prodem sample production.
• Checking samples, evaluating fit & size.
• Guiding external partners to work according to Lindström Platform patterns and technical documentation.
• Ensure that made patterns are suitable for garment production.

• Excellent knowledge of pattern making, pattern management and tech pack creation.
• Pattern making tools (Gerber AccuMark).
• Knowledge of different garment manufacturing techniques.
• Good time management skills.
• English skills.
• Excellent co-operation skills and enthusiasm.
• Valid vaccination or recovery certificate.
