Payment Provider Manager

Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day payment provider communications & activities.
  • Be a single point of contact and essential link for operations, IT development departments and payment providers.
  • Monitor and analyze current provider offers and costs, negotiate better deals where necessary.
  • Be on a constant lookout for new payment providers and be in charge of negotiations according to the business requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze information to evaluate the need for additional payment providers.
  • Constantly monitor the market and be on a lookout for new payment providers with better terms and more advanced technological possibilities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting provider relationships, manage key supplier relationships to ensure service, value and quality is maintained.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Be a team player and grow with the company.


  • Proven work experience as a Payment Solutions Manager, Project Manager or relevant role.
  • Experience in payments sector will be beneficial.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
