We are looking for a talented, hardworking, and versatile
Recruiter
in our Latvian office. (training in Estonia ASAP)
Your responsibilities will be sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.
The main tasks are:
- Search for specialists for official work in Europe
- Maintain a database of potential candidates
- Working with database in English
- Cooperation with the representatives of Company offices
- Communication with the candidates (offline and online)
- Continuous recruiting process
- Business trips
Prasības kandidātiem
- Previous experience in HR or customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- CV must send in English
