We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our team:

• Participate in administration with personnel related documents in accordance with local legislation and Company regulations.
• Participate in recruitment and employee selection.
• Maintain personnel data in HR databases and ensure that the personnel data kept in HR databases comply with the laws of Latvia (individual rights etc.).
• Secure internal information flow related with personnel processes in timely manner.
• Prepare and administrate personnel related documents and procedures in accordance with requirements of local legislation.
• Participate in other processes of personnel selection and administration.
• Assist in HR reporting.
• Salary advance register in HRIS.
• Absence monitoring and registration.
• Assistance for Finance Affairs documentation.

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or relevant area like Business Administration, Economics, Legal affairs etc.
• Experienced in recruitment and employee selection and employee relations.
• Personnel affairs and payroll experience is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Latvian labour legislation.
• Strong communication and cooperation skills, positive attitude.
• High sense of responsibility, preciseness, and accuracy.
• Strong analytical ability and eager to learn.
• Ability to acquire new information and process high volume of data.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
• Good literacy of MS Office (Microsoft applications).
• Fluent in Latvian, English and good Russian languages.
