Personāla vadītājs/-a

• Whole recruitment process from job advertisment posting till generating contracts of employments;
• Maintaining employee files both manual and electronic form; recording training records, absence, staff correspondence and employment terms;
• Following up on employee sick lists, vacation requests, salary changes;
• Providing reports to the HR Department as and when requested;
• Daily comunication with managers and problem solving.

• At least 3 year experience in HR;
• Experience in recruitment;
• Good knowledge of HR processes and Labor Law;
• Latvian, Russian and English language knowledge;
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Sense of responsibility, motivation and development
