Job Description
This is a wide ranging and responsible role. Enjoying involvement in many aspects of HR administration, you will act as the Deputy Payroll Administrator and
Business Process Expert for related improvements in our ERP platform (SAP). At the same time, you will participate in calculating benefits, resolving queries
from colleagues and maintaining master data in our systems, whilst also supporting annual reviews and recognition/ reward exercises. In addition, you will
often find yourself liaising with wide-ranging external stakeholders and will take ownership of the divisional Intranet page, so your interpersonal skills and
creativity will matter as much as your organisational abilities.
Requirements
Experienced in HR, ideally within an international setting, you will bring in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access plus SAP/R3 or a similar
package. Equally importantly, you should be self-motivated, team-spirited and very flexible, with fluency in English and a working knowledge of French.
