• Develop and execute detailed marketing plans
  
• Conduct ongoing analyses
  
• Be responsible for expanding business opportunities and sales
  
• Participate in the development of promotional materials
  
• Identify the existing and emerging needs of customers
  
• Generate ideas for new sales strategies that will drive revenues and increase Mitsubishi Electric’s competitive position in the Latvian automation marketplace.
  
• Responsible in direct sales of customized and shelf products
  
• Introduce Mitsubishi Electric products and services to the current and potential customers
  
• Provide direct supervision to project personnel, review technical progress, evaluate results and take action as required
  
• Create and update project schedules and look ahead schedules
  
• Oversee and manage all subcontractors
  
• Be responsible for purchasing
  
• Coordinate with consultants
  
• Report project status weekly to senior management
  

Prasības kandidātiem

• S. Degree in Electrical Engineering
  
• At least 3+ years of system engineering and technical project team lead experience in automatics and robotics
  
• Demonstrated strategic, consultative and analytical thinking skills
  
• Demonstrated ability to work independently at a consistently high level
  
• Extensive knowledge of marketing and sales skills, practices and techniques
  
• Experience in PLC market
  
• Respectful, courteous and friendly to customers and coworkers
  
• Well organized, self-starter with strong oral and written communication skills
  
• Experience in proposal preparation
  
• Computer literate and competent in SCADA software
  
• Complete knowledge of all phases of automation
  
• A fairly fluent, written and spoken in Latvian, Russian and English
