PLC Regional Manager

Develop and execute detailed marketing plans

Conduct ongoing analyses

Be responsible for expanding business opportunities and sales

Participate in the development of promotional materials

Identify the existing and emerging needs of customers

Generate ideas for new sales strategies that will drive revenues and increase Mitsubishi Electric’s competitive position in the Latvian automation marketplace.

Responsible in direct sales of customized and shelf products

Introduce Mitsubishi Electric products and services to the current and potential customers

Provide direct supervision to project personnel, review technical progress, evaluate results and take action as required

Create and update project schedules and look ahead schedules

Oversee and manage all subcontractors

Be responsible for purchasing

Coordinate with consultants

Report project status weekly to senior management

S. Degree in Electrical Engineering

At least 3+ years of system engineering and technical project team lead experience in automatics and robotics

Demonstrated strategic, consultative and analytical thinking skills

Demonstrated ability to work independently at a consistently high level

Extensive knowledge of marketing and sales skills, practices and techniques

Experience in PLC market

Respectful, courteous and friendly to customers and coworkers

Well organized, self-starter with strong oral and written communication skills

Experience in proposal preparation

Computer literate and competent in SCADA software

Complete knowledge of all phases of automation

A fairly fluent, written and spoken in Latvian, Russian and English
