Prepaid Support Manager

Job Description

You will be responsible for the day-to-day activities and make sure that quality standards are met. Besides your overall responsibility for the daily operations of the prepaid services in the Baltic’s and administrative routines, you will have to be able to communicate and solve problems for any of our “customers” i.e. the 3 countries that we are serving. In order to achieve the mission and goals you will have to lead, manage, motivate and develop your team, which consist of 4 people. You will work closely and cooperate a lot with our “customers” as well as with other interfaces within Tele2 and you will report directly to the director of the billing centre.

Requirements

Managerial experience of minimum 2 years is a must. You have a degree or equivalent and experience in IT technologies as well as Oracle, Windows and SQL skills on a user level. You have a proven track record in similar areas of work within an international environment. As a person you are enthusiastic, open-minded and positive, motivated by the challenges of a very dynamic environment. You are a self-starter, able to work under pressure and flexible to changing priorities, still very well organized and methodical. You have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as highly developed analytical skills. In addition to English you can speak minimum one other language spoken within the EU.
