Requirements
Our Requirements
• Strong technology skills
• Experience of working with strategic customers (FTSE100)
• At least 2 years working in a MS Tech Support environment
• Ability to transfer tech knowledge to others of various tech levels.
• Produce written technical summaries of complex issues
• Excellent proven written, oral & presentation skills in English
• Excellent customer focus, & service skills
• Produce written technical summaries of complex issues
Your Qualifications
• Educated to ‘A’ Level equivalent or higher.
• MCSE/MCDBA
• Strong technology skills
• Experience of working with strategic customers (FTSE100)
• At least 2 years working in a MS Tech Support environment
