Process Improvement specialist to "ITAB Latvia"

We are looking for an experienced Process Improvement specialist whose main responsibilities will be to audit time, create and implement effective workflow, productivity, efficiency and quality procedures, company policies and instructions for furniture production.

Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluation of the existing procedures to identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend to management changes that can cut waste from operating procedures.
• Determining data-driven solutions and implementing process improvement plans.
• Develop internal auditing tools and conducting internal audits and reports.
• Monitoring and reporting on all production activities, processes, and procedures.
• Preparing and maintaining production flow management documentation.
• Creating and implementing production procedures, policies and instructions.
• Performing regular inspections and reviews to ensure employees adhere to production procedures and safety policies.
• Perform education of staff to work according to the developed/improved procedures and routines.
• Take care of Work and Fire safety together with external company.

Required qualifications:

• Knowledge of effective production workflow and quality control principles.
• Awareness of Lean techniques / toolbox.
• Good at math and statistics.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
