Procurement Business Partner Baltics

• Drive sourcing activities in accordance with Carlsberg’s sourcing process and Procurement Policy.
• Propose and execute savings and optimization activities with suppliers.
• Actively support business hereunder but not limited to: budget plans, procurement systems and processes.
• Management reporting to central procurement and management.
• Owning and driving cash race activities, improving payment terms.
• Support transactional purchases, perfect supply, supplier relationship, Value engineering, Capex and NPD projects.
• Conduct tenders in specified categories.

• Minimum 2 years relevant commercial experience within all aspects of procurement on local or regional level.
• General knowledge and experience with spend, demand, market and industry analyses.
• Thorough knowledge of how to collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative information to assess, screen and select suppliers.
• Direct experience with contract planning and execution.
• Strong contract negotiations skills.
• Thorough knowledge about governance/policies and procedures.
• Financial impact understanding.
• Ability to understand requirements and translate those in to spend and demand analyses.
• Expert in tender development, execution and contract management.
• Extensive usage of Microsoft Power Point, Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Fluent in local and English languages (spoken and written).
