We are looking for a Product & Marketing Manager with a strong product and marketing strategy background who would lead overall marketing and product strategy.
What you will do:
- Planning and implementation of sales growth strategy in the market.
- Create and implement product marketing campaigns.
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Manage development and improvement of existing & new products/product lines.
- Draw up a marketing budget and control its fulfillment.
- Monitor and forecast marketing/sales trends & highlight opportunities for new initiatives.
- Maintain relations with internal and external cooperation partners (sales teams, digital agency, PR agency, etc.).
Prasības kandidātiem
What you will need:
- You have 2+ years of hands-on experience in product or marketing management, preferably in the financial sector.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook campaigns, and similar tools.
- Getting things done mindset.
- Performance-oriented business thinking & analytical mindset.
- Excellent MS Excel skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to relocate to Nairobi, Kenya.
