Production Manager

Manpower Latvia client – a leading global supplier of tires and complete wheels for agricultural machines, material handling and construction vehicles – Trelleborg Wheel Systems Liepaja is looking forward to welcoming a new colleague in their team in Liepaja,Latvia. Your mission would be managing the production and lead your team to reach the highest efficiency and quality in production and sustain the company’s brand as high-performance manufacturer of safe, competitive, high-quality and innovative product. The mission shall be completed and responsibilities kept by:

Pushing the production plan through the production chain with zero waste.

Being a leader for the production team of around 100 skilled specialists and ensuring continuous raising the bar for your team and yourself.

Seeing the whole picture of production, foreseeing the obstacles and solving the challenges to reach smooth production flow.

We promise our full support to you and we see your success if you would have set of following competencies:

Higher education and 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, team management

Experience in using LEAN methodology.

Knowledge of ISO and other quality standards will be considered an advantage.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including oral and written Latvian and English.

Strategic thinking, ability to analyze, solve problems and make decisions.

Result-oriented approach.
