Project Engineer

• Implement projects related to production efficiency and related infrastructure.
• Supervise installation of equipment, facilities and review progress of a case or project.
• Maintain extensive regular contact with assigned project clients and participate in client/contractor meetings and resolve client/ engineering and management project issues.
• Assess projects compliance with rules, laws.
• Ensure successful completion of engineering projects and perform budget monitoring and trend tracking.
• Provide expertise and technical knowledge to plant personnel.
• Maintain high H&S and performance standards.

• University degree in Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office, PowerPoint, MS Excel).
• Preferred SAP knowledge.
• Advanced Latvian, English and Russian skills in reading and writing.
• Understanding of project management.
• Preferred previous working experience in related area.
• Ability and willingness to work analytically, creatively, showing initiative.
