Job Description

Reich Montage SIA is an international provider of installation services for automated logistic solutions. As a member of an international  REICH GROUP we continue to grow and develop rapidly. Therefore, we invite you to join our team as a PROJECT & HR ASSISTANT.

 

  • Execution of tasks assigned by the project manager or company management to ensure the execution of installation projects abroad.

The tasks will be mainly related to human resources to:

         - organize the recruitment job;

         - manage the onboarding and offboarding processes;

         - control and approve the working hours of the installation personnel working abroad;

         - arrange various permits required within the framework of the assembly project;

         - organize training courses to obtain the necessary licenses and certificates;

         - provide documents and formalities required by host country;

         - organize company business trips - accommodation booking, travel arrangements;

         - communicate with accounting, various institutions and organizations.

  • Provide support in daily work with personnel - data entry, preparation of employment contracts, secondments for employees working abroad;
  • Process visa applications, register posted workers in various countries, prepare supporting documents for employee’s international travel;
  • Cooperate with outsourced accounting service provider and ensure timely transfer of accounting documents (receipts, invoices, delivery notes);
  • Provide support for Project Management in realization of projects and HR-related tasks;
  • Cooperate with other colleagues of the Reich Group.

Requirements

  • Secondary professional or higher education in HR, payroll accounting or related areas;
  • Previous experience in HR and Recruiting; experience in Payroll and Accounting will be considered an advantage;
  • Fluent written and spoken Latvian and English;
  • Good communication skills, ability to build cooperation and take decisions, be responsible;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Ability to work independently and be a good team member, complete tasks within the required deadlines, positive approach and careful attitude;
  • Ability to learn quickly, acquire new skills and not be afraid of challenges.
