Job Description
Responsibilities:
Be the subject matter expert to drive tool/process development and deployment for the relevant service(s).
Creates complex client-specific process flow charts and templates, manuals, handbooks and other documentation.
Identifies additional product/services opportunities in client organization and follows up with client.
Evaluates client's internal processes, recommends and implements approved modifications and/or new processes.
Work closely with the tools deployment teams in assessing current state of Management Services to ensure process and tool deployment deliver the solution and identify any gaps or recommended improvements.
Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.

Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, computer science or related field preferred
Good understanding of ITIL processes. ITL Foundations V3 certification a plus.
Fluent English oral and written
Good communication, presentation and facilitation skills
Demonstrated work experience and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
Customer oriented and proactive.
