Job Description

  • Responsible for completing customer order intake documentation, for purchasing and delivery of customer orders related equipment, components / services.
  • Responsible for all internal and external issues related to the implementation and delivery of the service to customer.
  • Coordinate the implementation of the service to the customer(s) within a budget and on the committed delivery date.
  • Identify and handle the project risks.
  • Determine implementation schedules for customer orders.
  • Manage the customer and supplier communication and all escalations during the implementation phase.
  • Coordinate service testing at delivery.
  • Provide administrative pre-and post-sales support for all Linxtelecom products.
  • To support Linxtelecom POPs on assigned working area and to execute planned works and troubleshooting actions on POP locations.
  • To negotiate, prepare and perform customer site visits, customer equipment installation, service testing, racks installation/assembling.

    • Requirements

  • Technical degree.
  • Experience in implementation and field activities within telecommunication environment.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Fluent in Latvian, English and Russian.
  • Knowledge of telecom infrastructure and services.
  • Understanding and practical experience of WAN technologies.
  • Understanding and practical experience of network technologies (e.g. TCP/IP, MPLS, Ethernet, Switches, IP Router).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Conduct of work in electricity generating plant with voltage under 1000 volt will be an advantage.
