Project Manager for Call Center Solutions in Latvia

Job Description

As Project Manager you are an innovative and positive addition to our International team. You will provide project management and implementation for the development of a call center infrastructure to our customers. This role will be responsible for successfully managing the operations as well as coordinating the design and implementation of call center solutions from our product portfolio. Additionally organize the training and user guides for users to help them adopt new systems or add on features. You will work closely together with our sales and implementation team members. We expect you to be a team player and assist in other matters where your competence and Latvian language knowledge might come handy.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience with managing call center (or CRM) related implementations projects.
• Latvian as a native language and excellent English language written & verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of call center specific needs and system requirements.
• Basic understanding of the technology behind the call center systems, like computers, networks and web technologies.
• You are used to working with regular office software as well as have basic knowledge of CRMs.
• Strong focus on customer service.
• Self-starting motivation with good project management skills and great attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize projects and adhere to business-critical deadlines.
