Job Description

Are you ready to drive customer feedback process development across the Baltics?

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

  • Ensure customer feedback collection in agreed way;
  • Develop new solutions to collect the feedback;
  • Initiate, lead and deliver cross-border projects in agreed timeline;
  • Represent Baltic Customer Feedback Area in related projects and processes across organization;
  • Maintain, continuously improve and follow up of implemented processes, practices and/or tools to ensure aligned way of working across Baltic countries;
  • Make qualitative analysis of customer feedback, develop insights and suggest improvements in customer service processes and employee competence development;
  • Collaborate with counterparties from Baltic countries and units.

Requirements

  • Higher education;
  • At least 2 years project management experience, preferably in international process development projects;
  • Proven experience working with analytical tools, including Microsoft Excel and Power BI;
  • Project management skills with ability to lead different opinions to one aligned decision;
  • High level self-leadership skills and structured way of working;
  • Strategic mind-set combined with good networking and interpersonal skills;
  • Analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
  • Ability to maintain a successful communication and cooperation with big variety of cross-border stakeholders and counterparties;
  • Ability to use M365 software;
  • Ability to translate complex information into simple visual language in PowerPoint, prepare audience friendly presentations and present them effectively;
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English (at least B2, preferably C1 level).
