Fast growing construction company “RCBS” (Riga, Latvia) is looking for a PROJECT MANAGER..

Main responsibilities:

• Insure timely and qualitative construction work process, plan and organize construction processes within the project, coordinate work with subcontractors;
  
• Provide the necessary information exchange between the customer and subcontractors for construction works;
  
• Conduct cost surveys, compare submitted cost proposals, select the subcontractors;
  
• Plan the projects expenses, evaluate the cost-effectiveness of decisions;
  
• Prepare and monitor the time schedule of project implementation, ensure necessary actions to comply with the terms of contracts;
  
• Organize and supervise the preparation of all necessary documentation of the construction works, completion and provision of executive documentation;
  
• Conduct the organization of possible warranty works and control the execution.

Requirements

• Higher education in the field of construction / architecture;
  
• At least 3 years of experience in the position of Project Manager;
  
• Good reasoning skills and communication;
  
• Excellent planning and organizational skills;
  
• Flexibility and ability to make decisions in problematic situations;
  
• Good computer skills (AutoCad, MS Project, MS Excel, Ms Word);
  
• B category driving licenses is considered as advantage;
  
• Excellent knowledge of Russian language, knowledge of English is desirable.
