Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for establishing, leading and maintaining the distributed Project team.
• Proactively plan, deliver and follow-up of your personal tasks timely and according to the set quality standards, budget and Luminor values.
• Create business value and realize the project objectives in accordance with the project assignment and strategic development plans of Luminor.
• Contribute to constant improvements of efficiency and quality of processes together with organizational and strategic issues in Luminor.
• Ensure the processes for quality assurance and control.
• Identify, avoid/mitigate and monitor risks.

Skills and experience:

• 2+ years experience in Project Management.
• Previous project management experience within IT is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferable).
• Basic JIRA and Confluence skills.
• Professional MS Office skills.
• Professional English language skills.
• Cooperation, communication, readiness to take ownership.
• Development focus, flexibility, openness to change.
